On November 28, the “New Green Youth Talent Development Program” visited Guangzhou Zhiguang Electric Co., Ltd. (Zhiguang Electric). University students from multiple institutions across the country gathered at Zhiguang’s Integrated Energy Industrial Park to explore the fusion of corporate sustainable development and brand revitalization, embarking on an in-depth dialogue on green energy innovation and youth creative thinking.
At the event, students learned about Zhiguang Electric’s development journey, industry scope, core businesses, and key projects. They gained insight into the company’s commitment to core technology breakthroughs and innovation, as well as its practices and achievements in enabling sustainable and high-quality energy development. This provided students with inspiration to enhance their green awareness, explore green skills, and consider green career paths in line with their professional knowledge.
Decoding the green genes of growth and nurturing new forces for the zero-carbon track. During the exchange session, company representatives showcased Zhiguang Electric’s green transformation blueprint from three perspectives: green management of operations and products (Environmental focus, E), co-creation of technological and public value (Social responsibility, S), and governance and execution system assurance (Governance loop, G).

The session also highlighted Zhiguang Electric’s benchmark demonstration projects in the “New Energy + Energy Storage” sector. Leveraging its independently developed cascade high-voltage energy storage technology, the company injects strong momentum into the construction of a new power system dominated by renewable energy. One student remarked, “When the concept of sustainable development transforms into a highly efficient energy storage matrix, it feels like we can truly see and touch the pulse of the energy transition.”
