This launch marks a new milestone for Zhiguang in the string PCS segment, advancing toward higher power, greater integration, and enhanced safety, while delivering more flexible and efficient solutions for generation, grid, load, and storage applications.


As another key achievement in flexible power technologies, the 430kW liquid-cooled string PCS integrates core technologies such as high-efficiency liquid cooling, grid-forming control, and multi-level safety protection. It directly addresses the market’s growing demand for high power density, grid friendliness, and long-term reliability.


Multi-Mode Operation for Diverse Applications

The new product supports multiple operating modes, including rectifier mode, PQ mode, standalone inverter mode, and VSG (Virtual Synchronous Generator) grid-forming mode. It can flexibly adapt to various scenarios across the generation side, grid side, and commercial & industrial (C&I) user side.

Fast Response with Strong Overload Capability
Featuring full four-quadrant operation, the PCS delivers ultra-fast response to dispatch commands within 30 ms, meeting stringent grid requirements for power regulation. It also offers robust overload performance: 1.1x continuous overload, 1.2x overload for 1 minute, and 1.5x short-term overload for 10 seconds.

Grid-Friendly with High Power Supply Reliability

The system supports seamless on/off-grid switching and black start capability. In microgrid operation, it runs in V/F mode to provide reference voltage, enabling millisecond-level switching and ensuring uninterrupted power supply and high power quality for critical loads. Its grid-forming capability ensures stable operation even in weak grid conditions, supporting high renewable penetration scenarios.

Efficient Cooling and Enhanced Safety
Compared with traditional air cooling, the liquid cooling system improves heat dissipation efficiency by 10%. An integrated heat exchanger effectively reduces internal temperatures, ensuring long-term stable operation of key components. The system features an IP54 protection rating, operates reliably in extreme environments from -40°C to 60°C, and supports high-altitude applications.

Flexible Compatibility for System Integration
The PCS is compatible with battery cells ranging from 314Ah to 587Ah, offering system integrators greater flexibility in configuration, enabling optimized system design and improved cost control.
